Joining the mid-range motorcycle segment in Malaysia, the Kawasaki Ninja 650 2023 will have 2 color variants with refined bike graphics, including metallic gray and green, with a suggested retail price starting from 35,200 RM (about 183.5 million VND).
Compared to its predecessor, the Kawasaki Ninja 650 2023 features a completely new body that simulates the supercar Kawasaki ZX-10R. Similar to the Z650 line, the new Ninja 650 is also equipped with the KTRC traction control system with 3 driving modes: Sport, Road, and Rain.
The engine on the Kawasaki Ninja 650 is similar to the Versys 650 and Z650. It is a parallel-twin engine, with a displacement of 649cc, liquid-cooled. This engine generates a maximum power of 68 horsepower at 8,000 rpm and a peak torque of 64 Nm at 6,700 rpm, transmitting power through a 6-speed gearbox and chain drive.
The instrument cluster of the bike is a TFT-LCD screen that displays the necessary parameters. It is integrated with Bluetooth connectivity technology, which can connect to the rider’s smartphone through the Kawasaki Rideology application, allowing management of calls, messages, and notifications.
The suspension system of the bike includes a 41 mm front telescopic fork and adjustable preload rear shock absorbers. The braking system for the bike consists of dual 330 mm front disc brakes with 2-piston calipers and a single 220 mm rear disc brake. Meanwhile, the dual-channel ABS is also a standard feature of this motorcycle line.
