The National Committee for Digital Transformation has set the direction for digital transformation in 2024 as: “Developing the digital economy with four pillars: information technology industry, digitalization of economic sectors, digital governance, and digital data – An important driving force for rapid and sustainable socio-economic development.”
The National Digital Transformation Program has completed four years and entered its fifth year. The first year, 2020, was the year of Digital Transformation Initiation. The second year, 2021, was the year of National Digital Transformation Drills to fight against Covid-19. The third year, 2022, was the year of the Great Leap Forward with the development of shared national digital platforms. The fourth year, 2023, focused on digital data, creating and exploiting digital data to generate new value. Now, in 2024, the time has come to align the national digital transformation with the central task of socio-economic development.
As an annual tradition, in 2024, ministries, sectors, localities, agencies, and businesses continue to innovate and create in deploying activities to respond to the National Digital Transformation Day.
