The People’s Committee of Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, has issued a plan to strengthen fire safety inspections before, during, and after the Lunar New Year in 2025. Specifically, the People’s Committee of Bien Hoa City has assigned the municipal police to inspect fire safety in all key facilities, entertainment areas, crowded places, and karaoke service providers within residential areas across Bien Hoa City.

The People’s Committee of Bien Hoa City has instructed that any violations of fire safety laws discovered during the inspections must be strictly handled according to legal regulations. The authorities are mandated to enforce corrective measures and resolutely prevent non-compliant facilities from continuing operations.
In recent days, the Bien Hoa City Police have been conducting comprehensive fire safety inspections of all karaoke lounges in the city.
Currently, there are over 80 operating karaoke lounges in Bien Hoa City, mainly located in the wards of Thong Nhat, Tan Mai, and Tam Hiep.
The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of the Bien Hoa City Police, along with the People’s Committees of the wards, have conducted surprise inspections and urged the lounge owners to improve their fire safety plans, equip their establishments with fire safety equipment, and implement measures to ensure the safe use of electrical appliances.
Particularly for multi-story karaoke lounges, the authorities also inspect the arrangement of escape routes, smoke masks, and electrical systems in each singing room.
