In early 2025, the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province granted investment registration certificates and deployed plans for the implementation of the Xuan Cam – Huong Lam Industrial Park (Hiep Hoa). This industrial park is invested, constructed, and operated by S-Dragon Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.

This was the last industrial park approved by the Prime Minister in 2024 in Bac Giang, bringing the total number of industrial parks with approved investment policies in the year to six, a record high.

Of these, four are newly established industrial parks: Phuc Son (Tan Yen), Chau Minh – Bac Ly – Huong Lam, Hoa Yen, and Xuan Cam – Huong Lam, all located in Hiep Hoa district. The two expanded industrial parks are Viet Han (Vietnam) and Yen Lu (Bac Giang city).

Open investment policies and an improved business environment have propelled Bac Giang province to the forefront, achieving the highest economic growth rate in the country.

According to the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province, in the future, the locality will continue to strive for approval from authorized agencies for additional industrial parks, such as My Thai (Lang Giang), Dong Phuc, and Duc Giang (Bac Giang city)…

Located in northeastern Vietnam, Bac Giang province enjoys a strategic position adjacent to the “development triangle” formed by three major provinces and cities: Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh. It lies on the economic corridor connecting Nanning (China) – Lang Son – Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City – Moc Bai.

According to the master plan up to 2030, the entire province of Bac Giang will have 29 industrial parks covering a total area of 7,000 hectares.

To date, the Prime Minister has approved the establishment of 12 industrial parks in Bac Giang province, with a total planned area of approximately 2,823 hectares.

Currently, Bac Giang’s industrial parks attract 488 investment projects, including 373 FDI projects and 115 domestic direct investment (DDI) projects, with a total investment capital of USD 10.6 billion.

In 2024, Bac Giang province continued to lead the country in economic growth, with an estimated rate of 13.8%. Manufacturing has been identified as the main driver of this development.
