The Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park Customs Department (Hi-Tech Park Customs Branch) recently issued Decision No. 301/QD-CNC revoking its previous decision to enforce tax administration measures by suspending customs procedures for import and export goods for Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Services and Trading Company Ltd. (Tan Hoang Minh Hotel). This decision was made upon the request of District 1 Tax Department on April 22, 2025.
Prior to this, on February 28, 2025, the Investment Management Customs Branch had issued Decision No. 703/QD-DT on enforcing tax administration measures by suspending customs procedures for the company’s import and export goods.
The enforcement was due to the company’s tax debt that had been outstanding for more than 90 days from the due date as prescribed. The enforced amount totaled over 31 billion VND.

As of now, Tan Hoang Minh Hotel has paid the full amount of the enforced tax to the state budget. Consequently, the tax enforcement against the company has been lifted as per the above-mentioned decision.
Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Services and Trading Company Ltd. was established in 1993, with its head office located on the 16th floor, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
As of March 16, 2016, Mr. Do Anh Dung (DOB: 1961) held the position of Chairman of the Members’ Council and General Director, and was the legal representative of the company.
Mr. Do Anh Dung is known as the Chairman and General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Corporation, established in 1993. The corporation operates in various fields, including the production and export of rattan and bamboo products, hotel business, real estate development, construction, etc.
As of November 15, 2016, the chartered capital of Tan Hoang Minh Hotel was 2,680 billion VND, with three founding shareholders: Mr. Do Anh Dung contributing nearly 2,605 billion VND (97.2% stake), Mr. Tran Hong Son contributing 26.8 billion VND (1% stake), and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh contributing over 48.2 billion VND (1.8% stake).
Mr. Tran Hong Son is currently the legal representative of a series of operating enterprises, including THM Land Real Estate Investment Company Limited, THM Thinh Vuong Real Estate Investment Company Limited, Dong Co Xanh Food Trading Joint Stock Company, Ngoc Nam Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Tan Hoa Minh Real Estate Investment and Trading Company Limited, Thai Son Investment and Construction Company Limited, Tan Hoang Mai Real Estate Investment Company Limited, and Tan Hoang Viet Real Estate Investment Company Limited.
In February 2018, the shareholder structure changed as Mr. Manh Hoang Thao became a shareholder with a 1.8% stake in Tan Hoang Minh Hotel, replacing Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh.
In September 2020, the company increased its chartered capital from 2,680 billion VND to 10,000 billion VND, and the shareholder structure also changed with the addition of five new corporate shareholders.
Specifically, Anh Thang Construction Consulting Company Limited contributed over 901.1 billion VND (9.01% stake), Viet Ngoc Investment and Trading Company Limited contributed nearly 983.1 billion VND (9.83% stake), Bac Ha Investment and Development Company Limited contributed over 1,096.3 billion VND (10.96% stake), Manh Loan Construction and Trading Company Limited contributed nearly 1,108.9 billion VND (11.09% stake), and Soleil Hotel Investment and Services Joint Stock Company contributed over 763 billion VND (7.63% stake). Mr. Do Anh Dung contributed nearly 5,072.5 billion VND (50.73% stake), Mr. Tran Hong Son contributed 26.8 billion VND (0.27% stake), and Mr. Manh Hoang Thao contributed over 48.2 billion VND (0.48% stake).
Subsequently, in May 2021, Mr. Tran Hong Son and Mr. Manh Hoang Thao were no longer shareholders of Tan Hoang Minh Hotel. Instead, Mr. Do Anh Dung increased his ownership stake to 51.48%.
According to the latest enterprise registration content publication dated May 30, 2024, Mr. Ta Quoc Viet (DOB: 1980), the company’s General Director, became the legal representative of Tan Hoang Minh Hotel, replacing Mr. Do Anh Dung.
In addition to Tan Hoang Minh Hotel, Mr. Viet is also the legal representative of the operating enterprise Vietnam Star Real Estate Investment Company Limited. He is also the legal representative of two other enterprises: Thien Lang Investment and Services Company Limited, which is temporarily suspended from business, and Nguyen Hong One-Member Limited Liability Company, which has ceased operations but has not completed the procedures for tax code closure.
