The Hoan My Medical Services Joint Stock Company has just held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 245 General Hospital project in Dong Luong ward, Dong Ha city. This project is a significant development with a total investment of VND 450 billion.

Spanning an area of 1.53 hectares, the hospital will feature a modern design and include 150 beds, of which 110 will be for general treatment and 40 for high-quality care. The project aims to establish a state-of-the-art medical facility that meets the growing demands of locals and those in neighboring provinces. Additionally, it is expected to enhance the quality of life and improve community healthcare services.

The hospital’s main construction items comprise a clinic, treatment wards, an administrative building, a services area, a nutrition center, an infection control zone, and various auxiliary facilities. The hospital’s technical infrastructure is being invested in synchronously and modernly, aiming to form a socially complete and advanced medical facility for Dong Ha city. The project is anticipated to be completed and operational by the first quarter of 2028.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Duc Tien, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Tri province, emphasized the project’s importance in enhancing local medical capacity. He expressed his hope that the 245 General Hospital would provide high-quality medical examination and treatment services, making modern healthcare more accessible to locals.

The Vice Chairman requested that the investor focus on mobilizing resources to ensure the project’s progress and quality, paying close attention to labor safety, environmental protection, and security during construction. He also urged relevant departments and Dong Ha city authorities to coordinate actively and proactively address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project’s implementation.

On this occasion, the People’s Committee of Quang Tri province awarded a Certificate of Commendation to the 245 Polyclinic, an affiliate of the investor, in recognition of its significant contributions to professional work and the development of private medicine in the province during the 2020-2025 period.
