On May 21, 2025, Pinetree Company experienced and resolved a technical issue regarding their online trading platform, WebTrading, and mobile trading applications, AlphaTrading and PineX. The disruption affected some telecommunication service providers, causing an interruption in their connectivity.
The company promptly acknowledged the issue and assured customers that their technology team was working diligently to address it. Approximately 30 minutes later, Pinetree announced that the online trading system had been restored. The interruption in telecommunication services to the Web Trading System (WTS) and Mobile Trading System (MTS) was successfully resolved.

“KIS Securities Fined Over $52,000 for Misfiling Taxes”
The Vietnam Securities Joint Stock Company (KIS Vietnam) has been ordered by the Tax Authority to take remedial action on three counts. This includes a tax levy of over 491 million VND, late payment fees of over 458 million VND, and an adjustment to their deductions, reducing them by 301 million VND.
