Synchronized Digital Transformation and Comprehensive Diffusion
Following the success of the “Banking Industry Digital Transformation Day 2024” event, the 2025 program with the theme “Smart Digital Ecosystem in the New Era” marks a milestone in the implementation of Decision 810/QD-NHNN and orientation of digital transformation towards 2030. Taking place in the context of major resolutions such as Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Political Bureau being issued, the event demonstrates the strong determination of the banking industry in pioneering the creation of a modern financial digital ecosystem, contributing to Vietnam’s international reach.
In response to the direction from the State Bank, MB has concretized its digital transformation strategy by focusing on technology and innovation, actively promoting internal emulation and disseminating digital thinking throughout the system. Thousands of officials have been trained to develop a data-driven decision-making culture, aiming at the goal of comprehensive and complete digital transformation for all people. MB is committed to accompanying the Government and the SBV to make digital transformation a core task and a driving force for sustainable development in the financial and banking sector.

Technological Advancement – Unlimited Connection, Super Speed for Vietnamese Enterprises
At the technology pavilion within the event, MB introduced the Biz MBBank platform – a comprehensive financial solution developed exclusively for Vietnamese enterprises with three core values: Speed – Safety – Unlimited Connection.
Biz MBBank is not just an e-banking application but a smart digital financial ecosystem, integrating modern technologies such as AI, Big Data, and DocAI. The solution enables enterprises to perform the entire credit process from approval to disbursement and letter of credit (L/C) issuance entirely online, without using paper documents. The processing time is reduced tenfold compared to traditional methods. Especially, DocAI technology automates document checking procedures, shortening 75% of processing time, increasing accuracy, and reducing operating costs. MB also deploys a credit scoring model based on real-time data such as cash flow, e-invoices, and account transactions – instead of relying on collateral – making credit access more flexible and equitable.
Event Imprint – Affirming MB’s Technological Capacity
MB’s technology pavilion was also honored to welcome Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, reflecting the State leader’s particular interest in modern digital financial solutions serving enterprises. MB’s solutions not only demonstrate superior technological capabilities but also create high practical value, effectively serving businesses of all sizes.
Some outstanding results announced by MB at the event are:
- 100% of enterprise credit processes are done online, with capital disbursement within a maximum of 2 hours.
- Clearance after just 1 second thanks to synchronous connection with the customs system.
- Full automation using AI, Big Data, and DocAI technologies.
- Smart credit scoring based on cash flow, e-invoices, and tax records, independent of collateral.

MB is currently operating two major digital platforms: Biz MBBank, serving more than 350,000 enterprises, and APP MBBank, serving over 33 million users, handling up to 8 billion transactions per year. In the future, MB aims to deeply integrate AI into its financial decision-making system, interconnect with national data, expand the Open Finance platform, and cooperate with the e-Government – thereby contributing to building a modern, transparent, and comprehensively digitized Vietnam. Mr. Vu Hong Phu, representing MB, affirmed: “Digital transformation is not just a development strategy, but a historical mission of MB in the journey of creating a prosperous future for the country.”
