America LLC’s ownership ratio decreased to 11.94% after the recent transaction on June 16, 2025, despite an increase in the number of shares held. This change is likely due to ILB‘s recently concluded share issuance to existing shareholders, which increased its chartered capital. While the fund did not provide a specific reason for the reduced ownership ratio, it may simply be a technical consequence of the post-issuance capital adjustment.

Prior to this, America LLC was allocated an additional 160,864 bonus shares in the issuance of nearly 1.35 million shares with a 5.5% implementation ratio. They also purchased an additional 1.47 million shares in the offering of 12.35 million shares to existing shareholders at a ratio of 54.8%.

According to the offering results report on May 15, ILB recorded America LLC’s ownership at 4.6 million shares, representing 11.94% of the chartered capital at the time of the issuance completion. On June 5, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange approved the additional listing of all 12.35 million new shares, bringing the total number of ILB‘s circulating shares to nearly 38.2 million.
