On June 30, Long Khanh Water Joint Stock Company (code: LKW) will finalize the list of shareholders to distribute a 60% cash dividend for 2024, equivalent to VND 6,000 per share. The payment is expected to be made from July 31, 2025.
With 2.5 million shares outstanding, LKW is estimated to pay out VND 15 billion in dividends. Since 2012, LKW has consistently paid dividends to its shareholders at a rate of 10-15%. The 60% payout is the highest to date. With the current shareholder structure, LKW’s parent company, Dong Nai Water Joint Stock Company (code: DNW), which owns 51% of LKW, is expected to receive nearly VND 8 billion.

Long Khanh Water, formerly known as Long Khanh Water Enterprise, was established on July 29, 2004. The company officially operated as a joint-stock company from February 18, 2008, with an initial charter capital of VND 25 billion. Its main business activities include water purification, filtration, and distribution, as well as construction of water supply and drainage systems.
In 2024, the company achieved a revenue of VND 45 billion and a net profit of VND 14 billion, an increase of 12% and 5%, respectively, compared to the previous year.
On the stock market, LKW closed at VND 50,000 per share on June 18.
