On August 28th, the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province issued three decisions approving the results of investor selection for three new urban area projects.
First, the People’s Committee approved the investor selection result for the Project on Investment and Construction of a New Urban Area and Services in Khac Niem, Van Duong, and Dai Phuc Wards (now known as Hiep Linh, Nam Son, and Vo Cuong Wards).
The projected land area is approximately 143.86 hectares, with a planned population of 11,440 people. Residential buildings include low-rise terraced houses, low-rise villas, apartment buildings (mixed-use with residential), and social housing, with a maximum total floor area of over 1 million square meters.
The project’s investment capital is nearly VND 13,600 billion. The preparation and implementation period is six years from the date of selecting the investor. The project has a duration of 50 years.
The winning investor is Vinh Tuy Investment Joint Stock Company, established on December 3, 2009. The company’s current charter capital is VND 5,300 billion. The Director and legal representative of the company is Mr. Nghiem Nhat Vu (born in 1979).
Mr. Vu is also the legal representative of Him Lam Joint Stock Company – Hanoi Branch. The company is the investor of the Him Lam Vinh Tuy urban area project in Long Bien ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi city.
Second, the People’s Committee approved the investor selection result for the Project on Investment and Construction of a New Urban Area in Dinh Bang Ward, Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province (52.55 hectares). The planned population is about 5,407 people. Residential buildings include low-rise terraced houses and low-rise villas with a maximum total floor area of approximately 444,727 square meters.
The project’s investment capital is nearly VND 9,600 billion. The preparation and implementation period is six and a half years from the date of selecting the investor. The project has a duration of 50 years.
The winning investor is Phu Dien Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company, established on December 16, 2002.
Third, the Project on Investment and Construction of a New Urban Area in Dinh Bang Ward, Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province has a scale of 53.88 hectares. The planned population is about 13,764 people. Residential buildings include low-rise terraced houses, low-rise villas, and social housing with a maximum total floor area of approximately 689,000 square meters.
The total expected investment capital of the project is over VND 16,800 billion. The preparation and implementation period is six and a half years from the date of selecting the investor. The project has a duration of 50 years.
The winning investor is Dong Ngan Investment Limited Company, established on March 9, 2025. The Director and legal representative of the company is Mr. Nguyen Van Hai (born in 1996).
When the company was first established, its charter capital was VND 1,200 billion, and the owner was Mr. Nguyen Van Hai. In June, the company increased its charter capital to VND 2,600 billion.
