During the meeting, local units and authorities reported on the land clearance progress for the following eight projects:

projects are being developed to facilitate economic growth for residents in remote and rural areas of the province.

Provincial leaders instructed relevant units to strengthen coordination and accelerate land clearance for these projects.

The goal is to commence construction of Provincial Roads 774B and 761 by the end of 2025.

For Provincial Roads 25B, 25C, and the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway,

these projects are crucial for connecting transportation to Long Thanh Airport. As directed by the Prime Minister, these projects must be substantially completed by the end of 2025 and operational by 2026, aligning with the first phase of Long Thanh Airport’s operations.

Therefore, Vice Chairman Ho Van Ha urged that land clearance efforts be expedited to avoid further delays, which have been persistent in recent times.

Regarding the Bien Hoa Central Axis Road project,

there are no remaining obstacles, and Tran Bien Ward has been instructed to promptly complete land clearance for this project.

For the Cai River Riverside Road project,

the Provincial Project Management Board will collaborate with Tran Bien and Tam Hiep Wards to develop a land clearance implementation plan. Tam Hiep Ward will focus on resettlement arrangements for affected households.

Dong Nai Province has mandated that units work diligently to complete at least 30% of land clearance by the end of November 2025, enabling the commencement of construction for the Cai River Riverside Road project.
