IDICO to Inject Additional $34.6 Million into Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park Developer

IDICO Group (HNX: IDC) has announced a Board of Directors resolution approving the capital increase for IDICO Urban and Industrial Zone Development One-Member LLC (IDICO-URBIZ).

IDICO is set to inject an additional VND 800 billion to increase the charter capital of IDICO URBIZ to VND 1.2 trillion.

Established in June 2007, IDICO-URBIZ is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IDICO. The company serves as the developer of the Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park in Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province.

According to IDICO’s 2024 annual report, IDICO-URBIZ is also the developer of various worker housing projects within Nhon Trach 1 and 2 Industrial Parks, covering a total area of over 20 hectares. Additionally, the company is behind the Vinh Cuu Social Housing Project (7.9 hectares) and the Hoa An Project (approximately 3.9 hectares).

In February 2025, IDICO-URBIZ commenced construction on workshops and office buildings CN4 and CN5 as part of the service workshop project in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park. The company also plans to further develop the remaining 12 hectares of workshop area within the park.
