The project features interconnected functional zones: History and Culture Exhibition Area, Snake and Reptile Conservation Area, Interactive Performance and Education Area, OCOP Exhibition and Snake Cuisine Area, Eco-Lodging and Green Space Area, and Tourism Support Services.
Many landscapes are shaped and placed within the project, awaiting final touches like plastering and painting.
The project’s rough construction and green spaces are complete. Workers and machinery are accelerating efforts for a year-end completion.
Launched in July 2025 with an initial investment of over 10 billion VND, the project is set for Phase 1 completion in Q4/2025 after 5 months of construction.
The main building features 6 octagonal functional rooms and 2 specialized centers, blending creativity with Le Mat’s snake breeding tradition.
Upon completion, the project is expected to become a new tourist attraction in Hanoi.
