According to the developer, S.I.S International General Hospital Nha Trang will be constructed in My Gia Urban Area (Nam Nha Trang Ward), covering an area of 20,023 square meters with an initial capacity of 200 beds.
The total investment is estimated at approximately 400 billion VND, with the facility expected to be completed and operational by the end of 2027.
In subsequent phases, the project will expand by an additional 100–300 beds, increasing the total capacity to 300–500 beds with a total investment of around 1,000 billion VND.
The hospital will feature comprehensive infrastructure and state-of-the-art equipment to meet the healthcare needs of the community. Beyond medical services, it aims to become a hub for research, training, and technology transfer in the medical field.
According to the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, S.I.S International General Hospital Nha Trang represents a concrete step in mobilizing social resources and attracting non-budget investments to develop healthcare infrastructure. This initiative will alleviate pressure on public hospitals while providing residents with access to high-quality, comprehensive, and timely healthcare services.
To ensure project progress and efficiency, the People’s Committee has urged relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to continue supporting the developer in resolving challenges and creating optimal conditions for construction and operation.
Alongside the S.I.S International General Hospital Nha Trang project, Khanh Hoa Province is actively advancing the upgrade of Khanh Hoa Provincial General Hospital into a regional hospital for the South Central Coast.
This project has a total investment of 4,450 billion VND from the provincial budget, approved by the Provincial People’s Council, and will be built on an 11.2-hectare site in Nam Nha Trang Ward.
The project is divided into two phases: land clearance and infrastructure development. The architectural design is scheduled for approval in July 2025, with the investment project expected to be approved in February 2026. Construction is set to begin in June 2026, and the facility is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2029.
