PVI Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: PVI, HNX) has announced its Board of Directors’ Resolution regarding the 2024 dividend payment plan for shareholders.

Accordingly, PVI plans to distribute dividends at a rate of 31.5%, meaning shareholders holding one share will receive VND 3,150. The final registration date for eligibility is October 2, 2025, with the expected payment date on October 22, 2025.

With over 234.2 million shares outstanding, PVI is estimated to allocate approximately VND 737.9 billion for this dividend payment.

Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group, holding nearly 82 million shares (35% of PVI’s capital), is expected to receive over VND 258.2 billion from this dividend distribution.

In other developments, PVI previously announced its Board of Directors’ Resolution on the transfer of bonds issued by Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Specifically, PVI will transfer up to 5,000 MBBL2227006 bonds (MBB12224), issued privately in 2022, with a maximum value of VND 50 billion at face value. The selling price equals the total face value plus accrued coupon interest until the transaction date. The transfer must be completed before September 11, 2025.

Potential buyers include PVI Insurance Corporation, Hanoi Reinsurance Corporation, or PVI Opportunity Fund (POF).

Regarding business performance, PVI’s audited consolidated financial report for the first half of 2025 shows net revenue of nearly VND 4,496.3 billion, a 20.2% increase compared to the same period in 2024. After-tax profit reached nearly VND 774.3 billion, up 17.5%.

As of June 30, 2025, PVI’s total assets increased by 23.6% since the beginning of the year to over VND 39,273.6 billion. Short-term financial investments totaled VND 13,792.5 billion (35.1% of total assets), while short-term receivables were VND 18,862.8 billion (48% of total assets).

On the liabilities side, total payables reached nearly VND 30,356.4 billion, a 28.7% increase since the beginning of the year. Short-term provisions accounted for 69.6% of total liabilities at nearly VND 21,138.4 billion, with loans and finance leases totaling over VND 1,517 billion.
