On November 10, 2025, Vingroup announced the addition of a new pillar—Culture—alongside its existing domains of Technology & Industry, Commerce & Services, Infrastructure, Green Energy, and Social Philanthropy. This brings Vingroup’s total pillars to six.

After over three decades of growth, Vingroup has shaped a vast ecosystem spanning technology, industry, real estate, infrastructure, energy, and socio-cultural initiatives.

Technology & Industry

This sector is Vingroup’s top priority during its transformation phase. Its industrial-technological ecosystem includes electric vehicles via VinFast (51.52% owned by Vingroup), robotics and automation through VinRobotics, VinMotion, VinDynamics, a battery and component manufacturing hub, AI-powered cameras, and the VinMetal materials production chain.

At the newly established VinSpace—with a charter capital of VND 300 billion—Phạm Nhật Vượng holds the majority stake at 71%, Vingroup contributes 19%, and Phạm Nhật Quân Anh and Phạm Nhật Minh Hoàng each hold 5%.

In VinMetal, with a charter capital of VND 10 trillion, Vingroup owns 98%, while Phạm Nhật Quân Anh and Phạm Nhật Minh Hoàng each hold 1%.

The goal is to establish core technological capabilities, underpinning a global strategy and fostering “Made in Vietnam” products.

Commerce & Services

Vinhomes, a cash flow powerhouse, has long fueled Vingroup’s resource accumulation, leading the residential and urban development market.

Vinpearl stands as one of Vietnam’s largest tourism and hospitality ecosystems.

Vincom Retail dominates retail with a nationwide network of shopping centers.

Green Energy

In March 2025, VinEnergo—with a charter capital of VND 28.335 trillion—was established as a joint venture partner with Vingroup to invest in the Hải Phòng LNG Thermal Power Plant project.

At inception, Vingroup held 19% equity, while Phạm Nhật Vượng owned 71%.

Infrastructure

In May 2025, Vingroup entered the transportation infrastructure sector by founding VinSpeed, investing in the North-South High-Speed Railway project (valued at approximately VND 1,500 trillion).

VinSpeed launched with a charter capital of VND 6 trillion: Phạm Nhật Vượng contributed VND 3,060 billion (51%), his sons Phạm Nhật Quân Anh and Phạm Nhật Minh Hoàng each invested VND 30 billion (0.5%), alongside Vingroup (10%), Vietnam Investment Group (35%), and Vingroup Vice Chairwoman Phạm Thúy Hằng (3%).

Culture

Vingroup established three cultural entities—V-Culture Talents, V-Film, and V-Spirit—each with a charter capital of VND 10 billion. Their strategic focus includes preserving traditional cultural values, fostering artistic innovation, and creating platforms for artists to thrive professionally.

Social Philanthropy

From education (Vinschool, VinUniversity) and healthcare (Vinmec) to science (VinBigdata, VinIF) and the Thiện Tâm Charity Fund, Vingroup sustains a vast non-profit network. This pillar embodies the philosophy of “sustainable development from the roots.”

These six pillars reposition Vingroup from a real estate conglomerate to a technology, industry, and energy leader, while maintaining a robust commerce and services foundation.

Vingroup is crafting a future-ready ecosystem encompassing electric mobility, clean energy, advanced infrastructure, and high-quality education and healthcare, alongside cultural and community enrichment.
