The Customs Sub-Department of Saigon Port Area III (under the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department) has issued a decision to enforce administrative measures regarding tax management against Ba Huan Joint Stock Company. As a result, the company is barred from processing customs procedures for imported and exported goods, as per Official Letter No. 3048 from the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department’s Branch 6, dated October 30, 2025.
The reason for this action is that Ba Huan currently owes overdue taxes exceeding 90 days, with a total enforcement amount of over 51.32 billion VND. The enforcement measures will be effective from November 10, 2025, to November 9, 2026. The decision will be lifted once the outstanding tax debt is fully paid into the state budget.
According to the National Business Registration Portal, Ba Huan Joint Stock Company was established on February 23, 2006, with its headquarters in District 6, Ho Chi Minh City. Its primary business activities focus on livestock services.
In 2016, the company increased its charter capital from 189 billion VND to 219 billion VND. Ms. Pham Thi Huan, born in 1958, serves as both the Director and legal representative, while also being the largest shareholder with nearly 74% ownership. Other shareholders include Chau Canh, Pham Thanh Hung, Nguyen Ba Tri, Pham Thi Kim Anh, and Pham Thi Kim Em, each holding approximately 6.16% of the capital.
By March 2018, Ba Huan raised its capital to 280 billion VND with an investment from Hawke Investments Pte. Ltd (Singapore), which acquired 33.77% of the shares, equivalent to over 94.8 billion VND.
As of the latest update in late 2024, Ba Huan’s charter capital has increased to over 1,471 billion VND. The current legal representative is Mr. Tran Viet Hung (born in 1985), serving as the CEO, while Ms. Pham Thi Huan holds the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors.
Currently, Ba Huan operates three factories (Duc Hoa Food Processing Plant in Long An; Hanoi Egg Processing Plant; and Binh Chanh Egg Processing Plant) along with three high-tech farming facilities in Binh Duong, Ben Luc, and Thanh Hoa (Long An).
