The Saigon river park, inaugurated on December 23, 2023, has become a popular destination for both locals and tourists to visit and enjoy various activities. The park includes several main sections such as a sunflower field, a multi-purpose community area, a floating pond system, a riverside park, a walking path, and a LED screen system. Apart from enhancing the landscape, this project is a distinctive feature and a creative symbol that contributes to the spiritual aspect of Ho Chi Minh City.

With the arrival of the new year 2024 and the Lunar New Year – Year of the Snake, this place has become the new check-in location of the city. It is not only suitable for year-end shopping and entertainment activities but also provides a stunning view of the city. Since its inauguration, the park has been hosting numerous cultural and entertainment events such as the 2024 Spring Flower Festival, food fairs, music performances, hot air balloon festivals, attracting both locals and tourists. The investment for this project came from social sources, with Khang Dien Real Estate Group being the main sponsor for many sections in this area.

One of the significant improvements of the Saigon river park is the refurbishment of the previously deteriorated Ong Cay Bridge, which had a negative impact on the overall scenery. With financial support from Khang Dien Group, Ong Cay Bridge has been transformed into a splendid pedestrian bridge with a lotus symbol, representing the development and rise of Thu Duc City. From here, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the Saigon River and District 1. Completed just before the new year, this bridge is considered a “bridge of love,” adding an interesting and beautiful spot for the people of Ho Chi Minh City and tourists to visit and take photos during the Lunar New Year.
