Stuck House
in the city’s architecture block, with a super narrow width of less than 4m, but the house, including 1 ground floor, 1 mezzanine, 2 floors, and 1 rooftop, still stands out thanks to its impressive design.
Creating a resort-style living space with a small area that can still solve all functional issues at the same time. The designer proposes a solution of creating a spacious ground floor that can be used for business or parking, mezzanine is the kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor, and finally, the rooftop has a swimming pool and yoga room.
Interior organization in the house focuses on circulation, using appropriate materials and personalizing to express the personality and lifestyle of the homeowner.
The staircase is arranged on one side in the rear half of the ground floor and then in the front half on the 2nd floor. The hanging mesh system made of recycled wood and cement bricks makes the house “breathe” more easily.
Although surrounded by high-rise buildings, the architect still tries to maintain an open layout, prioritize natural ventilation, and maximize natural light.
