One of the most popular films at the moment, “The Peach, Pho, and Piano” directed by Phi Tien Son, is becoming a phenomenon by continuously creating a frenzy in recent days. From causing the National Cinema Center’s website – the only film distributor of the movie – to be overloaded, to the long queues of people waiting to buy tickets like students registering for credit hours, making people everywhere extremely curious and eager to enjoy this film.

To meet the expectations of audiences across the country, the film has recently been released in Ho Chi Minh City and many other provinces through two theater systems, Beta Cinemas and Cinestar.

In Ho Chi Minh City, Cinestar cinema is one of the venues that is screening the film “The Peach, Pho, and Piano”. This is also a familiar destination for many students in District 1 because of its affordable prices and comfortable theater space. Thanks to the combination of the familiar location for the city’s young people and the “hot” appeal of this historical-themed movie, on the first day of the film’s release, young people in Ho Chi Minh City rushed to the theater to get tickets, making the place even more crowded and bustling.

On February 22, Cinestar Quoc Thanh Cinema had a large number of audience members lining up directly to buy tickets to watch the movie “The Peach, Pho, and Piano” because they couldn’t order tickets directly due to the overloaded website.

Although they had to wait in line for quite a while, most of the young audience members here were extremely excited when they finally got to watch the historical-themed film about the glorious years of the nation. As N.T. Nghiem said, “I had to wait for about 30 minutes on the app before the booking section appeared, and the booking website was also lagging a lot. But I didn’t give up, and in the end, I managed to book 4 tickets to go watch it tonight.”

What do the youth say about the battle to get tickets to watch the movie “The Peach, Pho, and Piano” in Ho Chi Minh City?

At another theater, due to the overwhelming number of customers buying tickets for “The Peach, Pho, and Piano,” the cinema’s printer stopped working, and the staff had to write tickets by hand to ensure everyone could watch the film.

According to the manager of Cinestar Quoc Thanh, on February 22, Cinestar Quoc Thanh screened the film “The Peach, Pho, and Piano” with 4 showtimes from 18:05 to 23:40. However, almost every screening was fully booked, and the theater has run out of tickets for today.

The theater staff also added that the total number of tickets for February 22 alone at Quoc Thanh theater reached nearly 700 tickets. Many viewers came to buy tickets, but the theater was full, so they had to accept queuing to book tickets for tomorrow.

It can be seen that the hype for “The Peach, Pho, and Piano” has not shown any signs of cooling down. The film is becoming a hot topic on social media platforms and is being warmly received by audiences due to its script and the message it wants to convey.
