In January 2024, authorities discovered that the limited liability company Kingfa Science & Technology (Vietnam) was organizing the construction of piles, the pouring of foundation concrete for the warehouse category, and several other items.
The inspection team prepared a record of violation and administrative sanction against Kingfa Science & Technology (Vietnam) for organizing construction activities without a permit.

Based on this, the Chairman of the Long Thanh District People’s Committee issued a decision to impose a fine of VND 130 million. At the same time, Kingfa Science & Technology (Vietnam) is required to remedy the consequences by stopping the construction of the violating project.
Kingfa Science & Technology (Vietnam) is responsible for completing the application dossier requesting the competent authority to issue a construction permit as prescribed. The deadline for the company to remedy the consequences is 90 days from the date of the decision on the fine.
If Kingfa Science & Technology (Vietnam) fails to present the construction permit to the competent authority within the above deadline, measures for dismantling the project or the violating part of the project will be applied according to regulations.
