Two urban projects seeking investors with a budget of nearly 800 billion VND in Hai Phong

A new urban area project in Nui Doi town, Kien Thuy district with an investment amount of over VND 500 billion and an urban renovation project in Lam Ha ward, Kien An district with a total investment of VND 288 billion will contribute to meeting the housing needs of local people and promoting the socio-economic development of Hai Phong city.

The Hai Phong Planning and Investment Department has recently issued an invitation to interested investors to invest in the new urban area project in Nui Doi town, Kien Thuy district. This is an investment project using land with a total area of 8.3 hectares. It is estimated that more than 32,753 m2 of land will be used for road construction, with a land area of approximately 6,000 m2; parking lots, waste stations, with a land area of approximately 1,834 m2.

There will be the construction of 241 terraced houses (including the construction of the rough part and completion of the entire exterior) with a height of 5 floors, an area ranging from 80 m2 to 120 m2, and a frontage of 5 m; Total construction floor area of ​​about 94,027 m2. The land area for construction is about 22,796.47 m2; construction density ranging from 79% – 92%.

The goal of the project is to invest in the construction and development of housing in a modern direction in terms of spatial organization, architecture, landscape, and synchronized technical infrastructure systems. The formation of the project will contribute to the renovation and expansion of the urban area in Nui Doi town, creating a modern civilized urban space, and improving the landscape of Nui Doi town, Kien Thuy district. The project will contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of Kien Thuy district in particular and Hai Phong city in general, meeting the housing needs and improving the quality of life of the local people.

The total investment capital of the project is over VND 541 billion, of which over VND 500 billion is the project implementation cost and nearly VND 41 billion is the compensation and support cost for resettlement. The operation time of the project is 5 years. Investors interested in implementing the project should submit registration documents to the Hai Phong Planning and Investment Department before March 18, 2024.

Next is the urban renovation project in Lam Ha ward, Kien An district, which has also been announced by the Hai Phong Planning and Investment Department.

The project covers an area of ​​1.41 hectares in Lam Ha ward, Kien An district, Hai Phong City. The expected construction scale includes a commercial center on an area of ​​land of 5,984 m2, including 2 buildings with 3 floors; including 1 building with 2 basement floors, with a total construction floor area of ​​20,663 m2. In addition, the project will construct a floating parking lot; internal roads and renovate the section of Tan Ha street within the project boundaries.

After completion, the project will provide products, services, business in the commercial center including a combination of stalls, shops, food courts, entertainment areas, commercial and service business areas, conference and seminar venues, offices, parking lots… The goal of the project is to build a modern, multifunctional commercial center, create architectural highlights, promote the development of commercial and service activities, and develop the socio-economic Kien An district.

The project has a total investment capital of over VND 288 billion, of which implementation costs are VND 285 billion, compensation costs and support for resettlement are VND 3.4 billion. The minimum capital that the investor must arrange is VND 57.6 billion. The deadline for submitting registration documents is March 21, 2024.
