In particular, Danang has adjusted some land use content in the following areas:
- High-tech zone
- Hillside urban area
- Innovation zone
- Danang Bay area
- Lien Chieu Port
- Core green center
Notably, in the hillside urban area, the city has swapped the land position for the mixed-use development project of the non-tariff zone of Danang at the intersection of Ba Na – Suoi Mo and the planned 29m road. The adjustment includes changes in the land use functions, with an increase of about 18ha in mixed-use land and a decrease of about 18ha in residential land.

In this adjustment, Danang has also increased the area of green spaces in the sub-areas. Specifically, the high-tech zone has a partial adjustment of about 404ha. Here, the allocation of social infrastructure clusters (position swapping) is suitable for the actual situation and existing residential areas. There are no changes in high school land, urban public service land has increased by about 4ha, urban public green spaces have increased by 13ha, central medical land has increased by 2ha, and new residential land has decreased by 11ha.

New residential land has decreased by 20ha, mixed-use land has decreased by 12ha, agricultural land has decreased by 23ha, water surface area has decreased by about 101ha, combined urban public green spaces and water surfaces have increased by 48ha, and production forests have increased by 108ha.
