The Hai Dang Auction Company has just issued a notice to auction assets on land, transfer the land use rights of the provincial Cultural Center under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ninh Thuan province, 16/4 street, Phan Rang – Thap Cham city, Ninh Thuan province.
According to the auction announcement, the starting price of the land is over 141 billion VND. Specifically, the starting price for residential land (long-term lease) with an area of 4,884.3m2 is over 115 billion VND; the starting price for commercial service land (50-year lease) is over 3.7 billion VND/year; the value of assets on the land (headquarters of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Cultural Center) is over 22 billion VND.
Participants in the auction must meet certain conditions, including a business sector suitable for the land use purpose to implement the investment project…
Auction documents are available for sale from February 23 to March 22, 2024. The auction will be conducted through indirect voting, with increasing bidding method. The auction will take place at 9:00 am on March 27, 2024, at the meeting hall of Hai Dang Auction Company.
The Ninh Thuan Provincial Cultural Center, under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ninh Thuan province, was renamed from the Provincial Center for Culture and Art of Ninh Thuan on February 5, 2022.
