Beating Changi, Noi Bai Ranked as the World’s Best Airport: “Clean Terminal, Friendly Staff”

According to the rankings by Business Financing, based on reviews from business travelers, Vietnam's Noi Bai International Airport has been rated as the best airport in the world, surpassing Singapore's Changi Airport.

The recent ranking from Business Financing shows that Vietnam’s Noi Bai International Airport has an average rating of 6.80/10. With this score, Noi Bai ranks first among the world’s best airports. Following closely behind is Singapore’s Changi International Airport, with a score of 6.63/10. The remaining three airports in the top 5 include Hong Kong International Airport (China), Hamad International Airport (Qatar), and Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (Finland).

To rank the best and worst airports in the world, Business Financing collected and organized all passenger reviews for major international airports, using data from the Airline Quality website. The average score is calculated based on the opinions of individuals classified as “business travelers.” The final step is to rank the airports by global, continental, US, and UK levels.

Notably, Business Financing found that only 12 international airports worldwide received a score of 5/10 or higher from business travelers. Among the top 20 international airports in the world for business travelers, 14 are located in Asia and the Middle East, with the remaining mainly in Europe.

Regarding Noi Bai International Airport, Business Financing quotes an opinion from a verified account stating that this is an airport with “an amazing infrastructure, especially the terminal with a sky view, an observation deck, and many convenient services for passengers.”
