The Ministry of Finance – Ministry of Industry and Trade has just released information on the management of fuel prices from 3:00 pm on March 7th.
Accordingly, the Ministry has decided to reduce VND 240 per liter for E5 RON 92 gasoline, down to VND 22,510 per liter; reduce VND 370 per liter for RON 95 gasoline, down to VND 23,550 per liter. Similarly, the price of diesel has decreased by VND 300 per liter, down to VND 20,770 per liter. So far this year, gasoline prices have increased 6 times and decreased 4 times.
In today’s operational period, the Ministry of Finance – Ministry of Industry and Trade did not allocate or spend the Stabilization Fund for most types of petroleum products, except for mazut oil, which decreased by VND 300 per liter.
In the most recent operational period (February 29th), the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline was adjusted up by VND 280 per liter to VND 22,750 per liter. The price of RON 95 gasoline increased by VND 330 per liter, with a selling price of VND 23,920 per liter. Meanwhile, the price of diesel decreased by VND 140 per liter, with a selling price of VND 20,770 per liter.
