Our reporter had the opportunity to meet and discuss with Mr. Vo Van Quan, the project director of the River Ven Residence, developed by Khai Hoan Land Corporation, to learn more about the project.

The project is known to have changed its development direction twice and is currently focusing on “Resort Living”. How do you evaluate this, sir?

We used to develop the project in a classical architectural style or emphasize personal values. However, with the belief in innovation and choosing the best for our customers, we have come to realize that sustainability and endurance are the ultimate values. Furthermore, the project’s location combines many favorable factors for a premium resort lifestyle. Therefore, we have decided to innovate the project and develop it in a sustainable direction.

We aim to create a harmonious living space with nature, not only for the present but also for future generations to come. Real estate should have long-term value and be a home for many generations in a family.

Since the project was renovated, we have received positive feedback from customers and objective evaluations that these are the things a civilized and modern community truly needs, especially in the H. Nha Be area.

What do you think about the opinion that Khai Hoan Prime is a “suburban home with city prices”?

There are many factors to consider when determining whether prices are high or low, suitable or unsuitable. These include the location, internal amenities within the project, amenities and infrastructure surrounding the project, and sometimes even the rarity or scarcity of the product.

With the above-mentioned characteristics, combined with the modern lifestyle of “Living downtown, but residing in the suburbs,” we believe that the current price is very reasonable. The real estate market in 2023 has shown that apartments priced below 2 billion VND in many districts and suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City are almost non-existent. However, with a starting price of only 2.1 billion VND, customers can own a “Resort Living” apartment at Khai Hoan Prime. What’s more, they only need to pay a 20% deposit, equivalent to 420 million VND, until they receive the apartment upon completion.

Building a green living environment is an excellent choice for a home, regardless of how advanced society becomes, health is always the most important aspect. “Health is everything,” and it is the foundation for happiness and prosperity in everyone’s life.
