On the afternoon of March 7, authorities in Binh Phuoc province conducted the recovery and inspection of the scene involving the body of a man found floating in the Be river.
Earlier that day, local residents discovered the body floating in the Be river at the Nha Bich bridge area in Dong Xoai city, Binh Phuoc province, and reported it to the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, the Binh Phuoc provincial police promptly arrived at the scene. After retrieving the body from the water, the remains of the man were transported to the morgue for investigation and the necessary procedures to hand him over to the family.
The victim, whose name is V.V. (originally from Thanh Hoa province), owned a real estate investment and business office in Binh Phuoc province.
Before his death, the man wrote and left behind a letter in which he apologized to his family, mentioning his frustration with his work. In the letter, he listed the details of his real estate investments and expressed his hope for understanding from his business partners.
Local authorities are currently investigating the incident.
