The Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE) has recently announced the addition of the stocks of Van Dien Melting Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (MCK: VAF) and Viettel Post Joint Stock Company (ICT: VTP) to the list of securities that are not eligible for margin trading.
According to HoSE, the reason for VAF is that the 2023 financial statements audited by the accountant had a partially non-acceptance opinion. As for VTP, it is because the listing period is less than 6 months.
As of March 12, the list of securities that are not eligible for margin trading consists of 91 stocks with reasons including warnings, negative consolidated after-tax profits for the fiscal year 2023, etc.
The list includes familiar names such as HBC, HPX, HVN, ITA, TCI, etc.
