Hanoi’s Real Estate Projects Scheduled for Land Use in 2024

Multiple real estate projects by Him Lam, Khai Son, BIC... have recently been included in the land use plan of Long Bien District by the Hanoi City People's Committee for the year 2024.

The People’s Committee of Hanoi has recently approved the land use plan for 2024 in Long Bien district, with 171 land-use projects covering a total area of over 775 hectares. Notably, many of these projects are real estate projects.

Among the newly registered projects in 2024 are some projects invested by Him Lam Corporation, such as the high-rise housing project for sale on land plot A4 at Him Lam Thach Ban residential area, Thach Ban ward (0.33 ha); the CT1 high-rise residential area and technical infrastructure at Him Lam Thach Ban residential area (1.5 ha).

Next, the Investment and Development of Thang Long – Vietnam Housing Joint Stock Company has two newly approved projects, including the high-rise housing project for sale on land plot CT8 in the HTKT construction project of land plots in the C14 planning zone, Phuc Dong ward, Long Bien district (1.3 ha); the high-rise housing project for sale on land plot CT2 along the 21m road from QL1B to Viet Hung Urban Area, Phuc Loi ward (1.4 ha).

In addition, there are some real estate projects transferred from 2023, including the investment project to construct a hotel, office building (excluding residential buildings) on land plot G4/CCKO, Thach Ban ward by Viet Anh Co., Ltd; the high-rise social housing area Bao Ngoc in the NO2 zone, G3 area, Thach Ban ward (Bao Ngoc TTC Investment Joint Stock Company).

The Thuong Thanh social housing area and the connection with the HTKT in the Thuong Thanh ward area (joint venture of Him Lam Thuy Do Joint Stock Company and BIC Vietnam Joint Stock Company); the urban function area on both sides of the road from Ngoc Thuy dikes to Thuong Thanh new urban area (Khai Son Joint Stock Company); Gia Quat residential area, Thuong Thanh ward (BIC Vietnam).

Furthermore, a large-scale new project included in this year’s land use plan is the New Long Bien Urban Area (141.5 ha) in Long Bien, Thach Ban, and Cu Khoi wards. This project was proposed for investment approval at the end of November 2023.
