The People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province has just held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work. At the conference, the leader of the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai Province announced the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee on appointing Ms. Do Thi Thu Hang, a member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party, as Chairwoman of the Member Council of the Dofico Food Industry Corporation. The term of office is 5 years, from April 16, 2024.

Previously, the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai Province announced the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee to remove Ms. Do Thi Thu Hang, Chairman of the Management Board of the Industrial Park Development Corporation (Sonadezi), as a representative of the State capital at Sonadezi Corporation.
Acting Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vo Tan Duc congratulated Ms. Do Thi Thu Hang on receiving a new assignment and acknowledged her contributions during her 32 years of working at the provincial industrial park development corporation, always excellently completing assigned tasks.
In her new position, it is expected that Ms. Do Thi Thu Hang with her work experience, together with the collective unity, dynamism, and creativity, will continuously build a strong and stable development unit. State-owned enterprises such as Dofico and the provincial industrial park development corporation must become leading units in contributing to the province’s economic development.

Ms. Do Thi Thu Hang said that she will continue to promote her work experience, unite with the leadership of the unit, and build a business production strategy to complete the assigned tasks well, enhance the Dofico brand, and contribute to the economy of the province.
Ms. Do Thi Thu Hang has worked for Sonadezi Corporation for 32 years. During her work, she and the unit have always received the attention and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Committee; the support of departments, sectors, and localities to complete the assigned tasks well.
So far, Sonadezi has completed its equitization; the dividend rate has always achieved high added value.
Recently, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Sonadezi Corporation, Mr. Truong Dinh Hiep was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
Previously, the Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee issued a decision on April 12, 2024, appointing Mr. Truong Dinh Hiep, Deputy General Director of Sonadezi Corporation, to represent nearly 70% of state capital at Sonadezi Corporation.
