Ms. Tran Mai Hoa simultaneously holds the position of General Director and Vice Chairman of VRE Board of Directors for the 2024-2028 term. Ms. Tran Mai Hoa will cease to hold the position of General Director from April 22, 2024.
At the same time, the company appointed Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien from Deputy General Director of Sales and Marketing to the position of General Director, replacing Ms. Tran Mai Hoa.
It is noteworthy that Ms. Hoa was recently appointed as General Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vincom Retail on March 18, replacing the position of General Director of Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien.
Previously, in October 2023, while holding the position of Deputy General Director of Sales and Marketing at Vincom Retail, Ms. Hien was appointed to the post of General Director to replace Ms. Tran Mai Hoa.

The “change of leader” of Vincom Retail took place one day before the organization of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (April 23).
According to the document of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Vincom Retail, the Company will submit the resignation of Ms. Thai Thi Thanh Hai and Ms. Le Mai Lan from the position of members of the Board of Directors for the term 2023-2028. At the same time, an additional member will be elected to the Board of Directors for this term. The candidate is Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam, who is currently the General Director of Berjaya Group in Vietnam.
