Ms. Tran Mai Hoa holds the positions of both CEO and Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of VRE for the 2024-2028 term of office. Ms. Tran Mai Hoa will cease serving as CEO from the April 22, 2024.
Concurrently, the Company has appointed Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien to replace Ms. Tran Mai Hoa as CEO from her previous position as Deputy General Director of Business and Marketing.
Notably, Ms. Hoa was recently appointed as CEO and Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Vincom Retail on March 18, replacing Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien as CEO.
Prior to that, in October 2023, while holding the position of Deputy General Director of Business and Marketing at Vincom Retail, Ms. Hien was appointed CEO to replace Ms. Tran Mai Hoa.

The “change of general” at Vincom Retail took place one day before the organization of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (April 23).
According to the documentation for the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Vincom Retail, the company will propose the dismissal of Ms. Thai Thi Thanh Hai and Ms. Le Mai Lan from their positions as members of the Board of Directors for the 2023-2028 term. At the same time, a new member of the Board of Directors will be elected for this term. The nominee is Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam, who is currently the CEO of the Berjaya Group in Vietnam.
