During the meeting, Minister Nguyen Chi Dung shared the information regarding strategies for the development of the semiconductor and AI industries in Vietnam; the plan for personnel training for the semiconductor industry; the investment and trading context in Vietnam; incentive and supportive policies for high-tech, semiconductor, and AI investment projects in Vietnam.
Following the meeting with Minister Nguyen Chi Dung, the delegation of NVIDIA Group visited the site of the National Innovation Center at Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park (NIC Hoa Lac).
The delegation of NVIDIA Group has planned meetings with several ministries, localities, and enterprises in Vietnam.
Prior to this, on December 9, 2023, CEO Jensen Huang visited Vietnam to foster cooperation and further development in infrastructure and personnel in the semiconductor sector in the years to come.
“We commit to realizing the plan so that Vietnam becomes our second home and to establishing a legal entity in Vietnam” – CEO Jensen Huang stated.
