Membership levels will be divided according to the value of the real estate owned, calculated based on the original purchase contract or the number of Vinhomes properties owned. Specifically, customers with a real estate value of less than 15 billion VND are ranked as Topaz; customers with a real estate value of 15 billion VND to less than 30 billion VND or owning 2 or more properties are ranked as Ruby; customers with a real estate value of over 30 billion VND or owning 4 or more properties are ranked as Diamond. Notably, the top 150 highest-ranking customers will be honored as Diamond Elite.

The specific level will be applied according to each membership level, product line, and project as per the investor’s announcement at each period. Higher membership levels will have a discount rate 30% higher than the lower adjacent membership level. Vinhomes calculates the ranking based on the data of the 12 consecutive months ending on December 31st of each year.
