Who is the New CEO of CADIVI?

Mr. Ho Quang Nhan, the current Deputy General Director, has been appointed as the new CEO of CADIVI. He has been with the company for 12 years.

April 24th, the Board of Directors of CADIVI signed and issued a Decision approving the resignation of Mr. Le Quang Dinh from the position of General Director, Legal Representative at his own request. Concurrently, Mr. Ho Quang Nhan – Deputy General Director of the Company – was appointed as General Director, Legal Representative.

The change of General Director and Legal Representative of the Company will take effect from May 3rd, 2024.

Mr. Le Quang Dinh with over 37 years of dedication, has accompanied CADIVI’s development through many stages. He has held the position of General Director, Legal Representative of the Company since December 1st, 2016. During his 8 years as the Captain of CADIVI, Mr. Dinh has provided proper and decisive guidance, making significant contributions to the success of the number 1 market share electric wire and cable company in Vietnam.

After a long time of dedication, Mr. Le Quang Dinh expressed his desire to resign, proactively transferring the leadership generation from experienced and veteran leaders to dynamic, enthusiastic young leaders to keep up with the requirements of the Company’s development strategy in the new stage.

The person trusted and appointed to the position of General Director by the BOD of CADIVI is Mr. Ho Quang Nhan – currently the Deputy General Director of the Company.

Mr. Ho Quang Nhan was born in 1979 and graduated with a major in industrial engineering. He started working at CADIVI in 2012. After holding various positions, he was appointed as Deputy General Director in 2022.

With his passion, extensive experience, professional knowledge, and his time commitment and understanding of the Company’s system, Mr. Nhan and the members of CADIVI’s Board of Directors have promoted product research and development, business marketing, completed the supply chain, increased market share, and strengthened CADIVI’s brand influence in the market.

In 2023, the consolidated revenue of CADIVI reached 10,084 billion VND, completing 83% of the plan; consolidated profit before tax reached 529 billion VND, achieving 118% of the plan. This result has significantly contributed to the overall outcome of the parent company GELEX Electric in particular and the GELEX Group system as a whole.
