Legend City is a project of the steel production corporation Viet Duc Group (VGS – HNX). Right after the Vinh Phuc Construction Department issued Construction Permit No. 01/GPXD (on April 22, 2024), the business commenced construction to accelerate the project’s implementation progress and bring products to the market soon.

Legend City has a scale of over 60 hectares, divided into two phases. Phase 1: 27.5 hectares, including 197 shophouses, 201 villas, 02 20-storey commercial apartment buildings, social housing, and commercial service facilities, schools, parking lots, and parks.

Phase 2: 34.5 hectares, consisting of 185 shophouses, 203 villas, social housing, and commercial service areas, schools, parking lots, and green parks with water surface.

Legend City owns an Olympic-length swimming pool and a multi-functional Wet-Land conservation and education park.

Legend City is located at the intersection of Melodious Forest Boulevard, which is 100m wide, and National Highway 2A, especially the Capital Region Ring Road 4 – an important development route of Hanoi’s urban economy. It is estimated that when completed, Legend City can connect to the capital’s top service areas within 30 minutes, such as Starlake Urban Area, Ciputra Urban Area, Lotte Mall Vo Chi Cong shopping center, Vinmec International Hospital (Vinhomes SmartCity), Concordia International School, and Van Tri Golf Course.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Le Minh Hai, Chairman of VGS’s Board of Directors, said that Legend City is a project where the business focuses on maximizing available resources for implementation. After a period of meticulous and dedicated preparation, with the cooperation of many big names from Singapore and the United Kingdom, the project officially commenced construction of Phase 1 on-site and could be launched to the market by the end of this year. Along with that, VGS is actively preparing for investment in Phase 2 of the project. It is expected that the land clearance for Phase 2 will be completed by the end of this year.
