This extraordinary restaurant is located in Tay Ho (Hanoi), the project combines rattan, bamboo, and recycled materials. The project seeks to celebrate traditional craftsmanship while adapting it to contemporary tastes.

The design prioritizes sustainability by reusing materials from construction waste.

The flooring is constructed by combining different recycled materials from construction waste such as broken bricks and terracotta tiles.

Plastic bags and Do paper are used to create the artworks, decorating the space.

The walls and partitions are made from the restaurant’s used glass bottles.

Recycled wood and steel are also used to frame the ceiling and walls. This approach not only reduces the environmental impact but also gives the space a sense of authenticity and resourcefulness.

The boundary of the outdoor space is defined by the water feature and the aquaponics system, which provides nutrients to both the outdoor and indoor plants, as well as the vegetables used by the restaurant.
