The Ministry of Finance – Industry and Trade has just released information about fuel price management from 3 pm on May 2.
Accordingly, the Ministry decided to keep the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline unchanged at VND 23,910 per liter; increase by VND 40 per liter for RON 95 gasoline, the new price is VND 24,950 per liter. While diesel prices decreased by 110 VND/liter, the selling price is VND 20,600/liter.

Similarly to previous management periods, in this management period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade – Finance did not use the Price Stabilization Fund for gasoline and oil products. Since the beginning of the year, gasoline prices have increased 11 times and decreased 7 times. Diesel prices have increased 10 times and decreased 8 times.
At the most recent management period (April 25), the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline was adjusted down by 310 VND/liter to 23,910 VND/liter. The price of RON 95 gasoline decreased by 320 VND/liter, the new price is 24.2 VND/liter. Diesel prices fell sharply by 730 VND/liter, the selling price is 20,710 VND/liter.
