Specifically, the Party Central Committee decided to introduce personnel for the National Assembly of the 15th term to elect the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the 2021 – 2026 term and the President of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the 15th term, for the 2021 – 2026 term.

At the same time, the Party Central Committee elected four additional members to the 13th Politburo, including:

– Mr. Le Minh Hung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Organization Commission, and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Office.

– Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education.

– Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Member of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization.

– Mr. Do Van Chien, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee.
