VinFast, a leading automotive manufacturer, has recently announced an exclusive partnership with a renowned dealership in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Specifically, VinFast entered into an agreement with Al Tayer Motors for the exclusive distribution of their vehicles in the UAE.
According to VinFast’s announcement, the first Al Tayer Motors showrooms will open their doors later this year. The lineup of vehicles to be offered includes the VinFast VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9. While no specific launch date has been mentioned, anticipation is high.
With this agreement in place, Al Tayer Motors is now the exclusive distributor of VinFast vehicles in the UAE.

VinFast shared their confidence in this partnership, stating: “Al Tayer Motors is the official dealer of several prominent American and European automotive brands in the UAE.”

A visit to the Al Tayer Motors website reveals a diverse portfolio of automotive brands from the US and Europe, including Ford, Lincoln, Jaguar, and Land Rover. Additionally, they are the authorized dealers for Maserati and Ferrari, offering luxurious and high-performance vehicles.
In 2019, Al Tayer Motors inaugurated the world’s most impressive Ferrari showroom in Dubai’s Al Manara district, along Sheikh Zayed Road. Spanning an impressive 3,642 square meters, it is 50% larger than a typical Ferrari dealership.
Established in 1982, Al Tayer Motors boasts a strong team of approximately 2,700 employees.

VinFast’s decision to partner with external dealerships marks a strategic shift in their sales approach. Moving away from direct-to-consumer sales, they now embrace a hybrid model that combines their own stores with a network of partner dealers.
VinFast anticipates that this strategy will boost their sales performance in the second half of 2024.
Previously, VinFast announced their ambitious goal of expanding into 50 countries and territories by 2024. In addition to major markets like the US and select European countries, they are actively expanding into other regions, including Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
