Thailand-based company, Thai Hung, announced significant changes to its senior leadership team. The company held a ceremony to announce the decisions regarding the appointment and removal of key personnel.
According to the Board of Directors’ decision, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan stepped down from his roles as Chairman of the Board and General Director, and legal representative of the company. Meanwhile, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Vinh, a Board member, was appointed as the new Chairman, and a new General Director will be announced soon.
Effective June 24th, Mrs. Vinh will lead the company as Chairman for the 2020-2025 term. Mr. Tuan will take on the role of General Director and legal representative of Thai Hung for the same period.

These appointments are part of the company’s development strategy and mark a significant step in the maturation of Thai Hung’s leadership team. The company aims to continue its expansion and achieve even greater success in the future.
Mrs. Vinh and Mr. Tuan are the children of entrepreneurs Nguyen Quoc Thai and Nguyen Thi Cai, the founding couple of Thai Hung.
Mrs. Vinh is also known for her role as Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Province’s Female Entrepreneurs Association for the 2018-2023 term. She was recognized as one of the ten “Typical Citizens of Thai Nguyen” in 2023 for her contributions in the field of labor, production, and business.
In addition to her role at Thai Hung, Mrs. Vinh serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Thai Nguyen Publishing House Joint Stock Company (STH, UpCOM). As of the end of 2023, she owned 11.05% of STH’s capital.
In June 2021, Mrs. Vinh, along with two other shareholders, founded Eco Valley Vietnam Education and Training Joint Stock Company. At the time of its establishment, the company had a charter capital of VND 65 billion, with Mrs. Vinh holding 75% of the capital.
Mrs. Vinh also previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam-Italy Steel Joint Stock Company (VIS) from August 2016 to March 2017. Her successor, Mr. Le Hong Khue, is the current Vice President of Thai Hung.
Thai Hung was established in 1993 as a steel trading company by the entrepreneurial couple, Nguyen Quoc Thai and Nguyen Thi Cai. Over the years, the company has diversified its business, venturing into real estate development with notable projects such as the Thai Hung Eco City (Crown Villas) in an prime location on Cach Mang Thang 8 Street, right at the gateway to Thai Nguyen city.
