On July 04, major shareholder Nguyen Hoang Anh registered to sell 40,000 cp of Joint Stock Company Safi Transport Agency (HOSE: SFI) by agreement from July 09 to August 07, 2024, expected to reduce ownership from 1.25 million cp (5.4% ratio) to 1.21 million cp (5.23% ratio).
On the same day, another major shareholder, NMVT Investment Joint Stock Company, registered to buy SFI shares by agreement equal to the number of shares sold by Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh and also within the same time frame. If successful, NMVT Investment will increase its ownership in SFI from 12.7 million cp (54.8% ratio) to 12.74 million cp (55% ratio).
Thus, it is highly likely that Mr. Hoang Anh and NMVT Investment will transact the above-mentioned agreement on the number of shares. Based on the closing price of the latest session on July 05 at VND 34,000/cp, the transaction value is estimated at VND 23.8 billion.
Not long ago, there was also a transaction of SFI shares by agreement, which is believed to be related to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh and NMVT Investment.
Specifically, on June 26, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh successfully sold 150,000 cp of SFI by agreement, reducing his ownership to 1.25 million cp as of the present. On the same day, NMVT Investment also announced that it had successfully purchased 700,000 cp of SFI by agreement, thereby increasing its ownership to 12.7 million cp.
The SFI share also recorded a transaction of 700,000 cp by agreement on the same day, with a transaction value of VND 22.54 billion, equivalent to VND 32,200/cp, which is lower than the closing price of VND 34,000/cp for this session.

In terms of relationships, it is known that NMVT Investment is related to Mr. Nguyen Hai Nguyen, who is also a member of the Board of Directors at SFI.
These transactions took place against the backdrop of SFI share price fluctuations around the range of VND 31-34,000/cp. Since the beginning of 2024, SFI has increased by nearly 14%. If we consider a longer period of one year, the increase is only about 6%.

With nearly 23.2 million cp in circulation, SFI is estimated to have paid out more than VND 46.3 billion in dividends to shareholders.
