The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) has released information regarding connectivity issues from the systems of several securities companies to its platform.

Specifically, at 10 am on July 5, 2024, during the morning trading session, the systems of multiple securities companies experienced an interruption in their connection to the HoSE. This issue arose due to a power outage at the Backup Data Center in Quang Trung Software Park, which disrupted the connection for companies that have their information technology equipment located there. It is important to note that the HoSE’s trading system remained operational throughout this incident.

By 11 am, the power outage at the Backup Data Center had been resolved, and the affected securities companies’ connections were restored to normal functioning.

During the morning session, several securities companies also issued notifications about temporary disruptions in order placement at HoSE.
