Ms. Nguyen Khanh Ninh Trang, Director of Human Resources, UOB Vietnam

Ms. Nguyen Khanh Ninh Trang, Director of Human Resources at UOB Vietnam, shared, “At UOB Vietnam, we value our people as our most precious resource for the bank’s success and sustainable development. Therefore, we always focus on creating a balanced and meaningful work environment for all employees, where they can contribute, be recognized, develop their skills, and find joy and motivation in their work every day.”

In the past two years, following the Covid-19 pandemic, there have been many changes in personnel, the working environment, and the physical and mental health of workers globally. In response, the bank has researched and developed a more comprehensive HR policy focusing on three critical factors: Care, Growth, and Trust.

As a result, employee benefits are prioritized and reviewed periodically, with notable highlights including superior health insurance coverage, favorable home loan policies, flexible work arrangements, and various activities to support mental health and employee engagement.

In addition, bank employees are provided with annual and on-demand training opportunities, ranging from basic to advanced levels, to enhance their professional and management skills and keep up with the necessary digital era skills effectively and quickly.

The bank also values diversity and actively fosters an inclusive, respectful, and trusting work environment where all employees are empowered to deliver positive results.

“We appreciate the dedication and development of each employee every day on our journey to building the bank into the best workplace for our people’s choice in Vietnam,” added Ms. Ninh Trang.
