The funeral ceremony for Comrade Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, was held at 13:00 on July 26, at the National Funeral House, 5 Tran Thanh Tong, Hanoi.
The burial ceremony took place at 15:00 on the same day at Mai Dich Cemetery, Hanoi.
The funeral of Comrade Nguyen Phu Trong was held at the same time at the Unification Hall in Ho Chi Minh City and in his hometown of Dong Hoi, Dong Anh, Hanoi.
