Specifically, the four business leaders are Ms. Nguyen Thi Tho Loc, Director of Thien Phu Import-Export Co., Ltd.; Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Ngoc, Director of Hoang Ngoc Import-Export Trading Co., Ltd.; Mr. Le Tuan Vu, Director of Quy Nhon Palace Tourism Services Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Phan Minh Trong, Director of Xuan Nguyen Co., Ltd.
The four companies are based in Quy Nhon City and are under the tax management of the Binh Dinh Province Tax Department.
According to the Binh Dinh Province Tax Department, the four directors are legal representatives of the companies that are subject to enforcement of administrative decisions on tax management and have not completed their tax obligations. The requested period for temporary suspension of exit is from July 30 until the four companies fulfill their tax obligations to the state budget.
Last June, the Binh Dinh Province Tax Department sent a document requesting a temporary suspension of exit for several company directors for the same reason.
