IR AWARDS VOTING CRITERIA
1. Transparency: The company regularly discloses accurate and reliable periodic and extraordinary information, providing valuable insights for investment decisions, and ensuring fair access to information for all shareholders.
2. Effective IR activities: The company has successfully built a strong brand identity in the stock market. Investors can easily access necessary information from financial media and the company’s website.
3. Good corporate governance: The Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, and Management ensure shareholders’ rights, treat all shareholders equally, and disclose any related interests or conflicts of interest.
In addition to the public voting for the Individual Investors’ Best Choice category, the program also features an IR Assessment system for professional financial institutions, with the category Financial Institutions’ Best Assessment. In 2024, the program is honored to have the participation of nearly 40 prestigious financial institutions, including securities companies and fund management companies, operating in the Vietnamese stock market.
Through these two voting categories in the final round, the program aims to honor the Top 3 Companies with the Best IR Activities in 2024 (IR Best Practice Awards) at the IR Awards 2024 Ceremony. These are the leading companies in effective financial communication, building a solid reputation in the capital market, and managing market expectations.
