On August 6th, numerous social media accounts and groups shared a post by user L.L, accompanied by images, exposing the discovery of two hidden cameras in a 31st-floor apartment at The Song in Thang Tam Ward, Vung Tau City.
According to the photos posted by L.L, one of the cameras was directly pointed at the bathroom.

In the post, L.L shared a conversation with the apartment owner, K.V., who nonchalantly replied, “The Song is full of cameras!” when confronted about the hidden devices.

The post quickly went viral, sparking outrage among netizens. Many expressed their anger over the lack of privacy and the apartment owner’s casual response. Some suggested that L.L report the incident to the police to prevent any potential misuse of footage.

In the comments, some users claimed to be homestay operators in The Song, refuting K.V.’s statement that everyone installed cameras in their rooms. They asserted that while there were cameras in common areas like hallways and elevators, any cameras in individual apartments would have been installed by the owners themselves.

Attempts to reach L.L by reporters from Nguoi Lao Dong have been unsuccessful so far. Meanwhile, the People’s Committee of Thang Tam Ward stated that they were only aware of the situation through social media and had not received any official complaints from tenants at The Song.
The Song is a large-scale project comprising over 1,500 luxury apartments, commercial spaces, offices, and condotels. With thousands of daily guests, the news has caused concern and unease among potential visitors.
